US data results in increase in oil prices

Oil prices rose in trading today, Friday, and this happened after the data showed a decrease in oil inventories in the US.

By 09:35 Moscow time, futures for US West Texas Intermediate oil rose by 0.45% to $72.12 per barrel.

At the same time, futures for Brent crude rose by 0.41% to $76.83 per barrel, according to data from Bloomberg.

US official data showed that oil inventories fell for the third week in a row, falling by 1.5 million barrels.
