German Foreign Minister Urges Implementation of Security Strategy to Counter Russian Threat

German Foreign Minister Analina Burbock told the British newspaper The Guardian that “Russia will continue to pose a threat to peace and security on the European continent”, calling for the development of a security strategy against Russia.

“We know that for the foreseeable future, Russia under President Vladimir Putin will continue to be a threat to peace and security on our continent,” Beerbock added.

Burbock urged European countries to develop a security strategy against Russia.

Burbock is known for her sharply offensive remarks about Russia. He has repeatedly called for increased sanctions pressure on Moscow and greater support for Ukraine.

On the other hand, on the streets of the German city of Eisenhotenstadt, a popular demonstration was recently held, in which about 30 people took part, in support of peace and in protest against the supply of weapons destined for Ukraine, during the visit of Beerbock to the city school, during which she spoke in front of high school students, during which she paid special attention to the fight against “right-wing extremism”.

And the media reported that while Burbock was speaking to students, a group of 30 citizens gathered in front of the school to protest Berlin’s support for Kiev with weapons, and one of the demonstrators threw two eggs into the building, prompting the police to launch an investigation, claiming they were trying to cause damage to public property.
