Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said that he had held talks with Israeli Prime Minister Yair Lapid on providing military assistance to his country, in particular, air defense and missile defense systems.
“We discussed in detail (with Israeli Prime Minister Yair Lapid) Ukraine’s call for Israel to provide air and missile defense systems and technologies,” Kuleba wrote on his Twitter account.
Recently, at a meeting with EU ambassadors, Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz said that Israel would not supply weapons to Ukraine for a number of operational reasons, despite the fact that the government continues to support Kyiv with humanitarian aid.
