The president of the Saudi Arabian Football Association commented on the transfer of Ronaldo to the Al-Nasr club

Saudi Arabian Football Association President Yasser Al-Mishal said he would like to see Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo in the Saudi Roshen league soon.

Al-Mishal said in a statement to the Spanish newspaper Marca: “We, as a football federation, cannot tell the club to sign a player, but we certainly love seeing Ronaldo in the Saudi league and we want many shirts in all countries of the world with the name Ronaldo.”

He added: “We would like to invite Ronaldo to the Saudi Roshen league as this is a very important step and we have great ambition to constantly organize big football events and there is nothing official yet regarding the nomination of Saudi Arabia. Egypt and Greece will host the World Cup.”

And the president of the Saudi Football Association continued: “The Saudi victory paid Ronaldo 200 million? Each club must fulfill its financial obligations to the league.”

And Yasser Al-Mishal concluded: “I don’t think Al-Nasr, if it was that club, would put a number before justifying this spending. I don’t think you can do that without covering your financial obligations.” if it’s not, then there could be problems in the league.”
