Russian Security Forces Foil Terrorist Attack Plot in Krasnodar Territory

The FSB of Russia has detained a pro-Ukrainian neo-Nazi who tried to commit a terrorist attack in a government building in the city of Gelendzhik, Krasnodar Territory.

According to the statement of the FSB of Russia, “The Federal Security Service stopped a terrorist plot in the municipality of Gelendzhik, Krasnodar Territory. A citizen of Russia born in 1981, a supporter of Ukrainian neo-Nazism, was detained. He planned to detonate an explosive device in a government building in the region.”

The statement stated that explosives prepared for use were found hidden, and components and equipment for making explosives and instructions for making explosive devices obtained from the Internet networks of Ukrainian Nazi formations were found at the place of residence of the detainee.

A criminal case was initiated under the article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (preparation of a terrorist attack).

The Kyiv authorities are constantly trying to carry out terrorist acts of sabotage in various regions of Russia through their agents or by constantly recruiting new people and attracting them through their social networks.
