Russian Andrey Rublev narrowly advanced to the second round of the Cincinnati Tennis Masters (ATP 1000) on hard courts with a prize pool of more than $6,280,000.
Rublev managed to break his group delay and beat the Italian Fabio Fognini with a score of two sets: one, the details of which are as follows: (6-7), (7-6) and (6-2) in the match held between them today, on Wednesday, and lasted two hours and 27 minutes.
And 24-year-old Andrei Rublev will be in the third round, waiting for the winner of the match, which will also feature Americans Taylor Fritz and Australian Nick Kyrgios later in the evening.
