Striker of the Russian national football team Artem Dzyuba has rejected the tempting offer of the Chinese club, according to the Russian news agency Novosti, citing an informed source.
“Artem turned down the Chinese club’s $2 million a year offer,” the source said.
33-year-old Artyom Dzyuba announced his departure from Zenit St. Petersburg after winning the Russian Championship at the end of the season (2021-2022) on a free deal.
A source from the Novosti agency previously reported that the Russian striker was in talks with Turkish clubs, but did not reach an agreement with them due to the financial aspect.
