Russian President Vladimir Putin emphasized that Russia would strengthen itself internally and externally, no matter what, and pointed out that if the West did not envy Russia, it would not approach it.
After presenting awards to workers in the Russian aerospace industry in the Kremlin, Putin added: “One of the awardees said that they would envy us. Now they are jealous, otherwise they would not have come to us. That’s all”.
He added that Russia “will be strengthened both internally and externally”, including thanks to the efforts of industrial workers.
He relied on the words of one of the awardees, who said that he comes from a family of pilots and that his family has flown for almost 100 years.
The President of Russia emphasized that this is an outstanding achievement and said: “I think that the Russian aviation industry should also celebrate such events.”
