Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in the Iranian capital Tehran, where he is scheduled to meet at the highest level with his Iranian and Turkish counterparts Ibrahim Raisi, dedicated to the events in Syria and Ukraine.
Putin is also scheduled to meet with Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei during the visit.
