Commercial law professor Ahmed Said told RT about the warnings of the director of the International Monetary Fund about the danger of spreading hunger and poverty in the world.

He pointed out that the United Nations did not interfere with America and did not interfere with any international organization or institution, since the IMF limited itself to saying that there were negative social consequences that would take place for developing countries and poor countries.
He pointed out that by raising the interest rate, this will exacerbate the economic problems that exist in developing countries, and, unfortunately, the international community remains silent, as the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund or the United Nations stand by and watch what happens. The US Federal Bank does.
And International Monetary Fund director Kristalina Georgieva said it was expected to grow by less than 3% in 2023, down from 3.4% last year, which would raise the risk of world hunger and poverty.
She added that growth is expected to remain around 3% over the next five years, calling it “our lowest medium-term growth forecast since 1990.”
She noted that slowing growth would be “a hard blow that will make it hard for low-income countries to simply catch up.”
He also warned of a potential rise in poverty and hunger, a dangerous trend brought on by the COVID-19 crisis.
