According to the British newspaper, Liverpool have been following Amrabat for some time and want to sign him before the start of the World Cup, where the player proved his skills.
The newspaper indicated that Liverpool officials held a secret meeting with Sofian Amrabat before the start of the World Cup to convince him to move to Anfield Castle, a stronghold of the Reds.
She explained that the meeting was very positive and both sides agreed to meet again after the end of the World Cup.
She stated that the brilliance of the Moroccan star at the World Cup brought other clubs to the attention of the Amrabat deal, such as Inter Milan and Tottenham, but Liverpool are still at the forefront of the race.
