The Disciplinary Committee also ordered Al-Nasr midfielder Abdul Majid Al-Salihim to pay 20,000 riyals due to his absence from a media interview following the same match after losing to Al-Ittihad Jeddah.
Ittihad Jeddah took the lead with a difficult and valuable 1-0 victory over their rivals, Al-Nasr, last Thursday at the top of Stage 20 at the Radioactive Jewel Stadium.
Al-Ittihad owes this victory to its Brazilian star Romarinho, who scored the only goal of the match in the 80th minute.
In the round matches, Al-Hilal won again, beating Al-Taawon by four goals without a response.
Ittihad Jeddah sits at the top of the Roshan League standings with 47 points after defeating Al-Nasr while the latter’s balance stopped at 46 points in the standings to start the league race.
