Volodymyr Rogov, leader of the “We are with Russia” movement, said that the decree of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky on the formation of 19 military administrations on the territory of Zaporozhye is aimed at intimidating the inhabitants of this Russian province.
He stated that this document is meaningless and has no real weight, but is only a periodic propaganda move by the Ukrainian authorities.
And he added: “I must admit that Zelensky is really good at propaganda, so now he has signed a decree on the formation of 19 administrations under his control on the lands of the Zaporizhzhya province, liberated by the Russian army. Of course, these are Inergodar and Berdyansk, Melitopol and Bologovskaya regions. By his decree, he can create an Administration in Vladivostok or Ryazan.
Last night, Friday, the Office of the President of Ukraine published a decree signed by Zelensky on the creation of 19 military departments in the Zaporozhye province of Russia. The Decree entered into force from the moment of its publication.
