Ukrainian saboteurs blew up power lines leading to a nuclear power plant in the Kursk region

The Russian FSB reported that Ukrainian saboteurs blew up six towers of high-voltage lines coming from the Kursk nuclear power plant.

The statement read: “On August 4, 9 and 12, Ukrainian subversive groups blew up high-voltage lines (110, 330 and 750 kV) in the Kurchatov district of the Kursk region. electric power was blown up from the Kursk nuclear power plant to industrial facilities, transport and social infrastructure facilities and to residential areas.

Russian intelligence indicated that the explosion caused a disruption in the technological process of operating the nuclear power plant.

Intelligence officials stressed that the search for saboteurs and their possible accomplices is currently underway. The safety of nuclear power facilities has been improved.
