The civil military administration of the Kherson region reported that Kyiv forces launched a missile attack on the liberated Novaya Kakhovka.
The administration said in a statement to the Russian Interfax news agency that “Ukrainian armed formations carried out a missile attack on Novaya Kakhovka.”
She added that infrastructure facilities in the city were damaged as a result of the attack, noting that work was underway to establish whether there were any victims.
On July 11, the administration announced that Kyiv forces had bombed fertilizer depots in Novaya Kakhovka with American HIMARS rockets, causing massive explosions and causing casualties and injuries.
