Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov said that Latvia has delivered six new American M109 howitzers to Kyiv, which are currently in service with the Ukrainian army, which is testing them.
“The six new M109 howitzers recently delivered by Latvia to Ukraine are already showing results on the battlefield,” Reznikov tweeted.
The Ukrainian minister thanked his Latvian counterpart Artis Pabriks and the Latvian people for their “constant support.”
