As part of a general humanitarian aid program worth $100 million, the United Arab Emirates provided Ukraine with 1,300 generators.
And the Vesti website reported today, on Friday, with reference to the press service of the State Property Fund in Ukraine, that these generators will be delivered to the Dnepropetrovsk, Sumy, Kharkiv and Chernihiv regions, as well as to Kyiv.
Notably, the UAE has previously said it will donate 2,500 household power generators ranging from 3.5 to 8 kilowatts to Ukraine as part of a $100 million humanitarian aid package that the UAE authorities have provided to Ukraine’s civilian population.
In addition, according to Verkhovna Rada deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak, Ukraine will import more than 510,000 generators in 2022.
