Turkish Interior Minister Suleiman Soylu said that his country “has not left and will not leave alone people who groan from the oppression of the Syrian regime and Kurdish troops.”
And he pointed out in a tweet on Twitter that “social media accounts in northern Syria have previously posted words in his language that he never spoke.”
Soylu added: “That’s understandable…behind this scheme are the PKK, the Kurdish militias, the Syrian Democratic Forces, the regime, and inevitably provocateurs.”
He concluded his tweet by saying, “Turkey retains its humanity, its friendship and its neighborhood.”
