The Russian Defense Ministry announces the completion of the encirclement of Lischansk and the Ukrainian forces stationed there

The Russian Defense Ministry today, Sunday, reported that its forces had blocked the city of Lischansk in the Luhansk Republic and were fighting within the city to complete the defeat of the enemy units besieged there.
