NTV reported that a Turkish court had issued an arrest warrant for the founder of the Thodex cryptocurrency platform, Fatih Ozer, who was extradited to Turkey by Albania.
The channel indicated that Ozer considers himself innocent. At the same time, the Turkish media characterize him as “the biggest fraudster in the history of the country.”
She added that the man is accused of several cases, the most important of which is the charge of fraud.
The prosecutor’s office accused him of embezzling funds from cryptocurrency traders.
Last March, a Turkish court sentenced Ozer to 40,562 years in prison for fraud.
