Finland and Sweden have announced in a joint statement with Turkey that, as independent NATO allies, they will not support the PKK, the Kurdish YPG and supporters of the preacher Fethullah Gülen.
A joint statement by Sweden, Finland and Turkey said that “Finland and Sweden, as future NATO allies, will not support the PKK, the Kurdish YPG and the supporters of preacher Fethullah Gülen.”
He added that “Sweden is announcing the implementation of a new, more effective law on terrorist offenses from 1 July next year.”
“Turkey, Sweden and Finland confirm that there is no longer an arms embargo between them,” he added.
