Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi decided to approve a mutual letter between the Egyptian government and the Japanese government regarding a loan provided through the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
This Japanese loan of 41 billion Japanese yen is for the implementation of the first phase of the fourth line of the Greater Cairo Metro, the “second tranche”. .
