Sending 200 tons of Russian aid to victims of the earthquake in Turkey

Turkish Ambassador to Moscow Mehmet Samsar said that the amount of aid collected in the Russian Federation and sent to Turkey today has reached 200 tons.

The ambassador said so in a press statement from Vnukovo International Airport on Sunday as he led the process of sending aid to earthquake victims in Turkey.

Ambassador Samsar indicated that the total amount of assistance on a cargo plane bound for Turkey today was 200 tons. Pointing out that all the collected aid was packed and sent to the airport to deliver it to the victims in the southern regions of Turkey.

The Ambassador also thanked Turkish Airlines for its contribution to the transportation of aid.
