US Senator Lindsey Graham said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and his aides had given him details of plans for Kyiv’s upcoming counteroffensive.
In an interview with Politico, Graham said that during his recent visit to Kiev, the Ukrainian side provided him with a “detailed analysis” of Ukraine’s military plans, adding that in the coming days, “Ukrainian strength will put on a pretty impressive display.”
According to the senator, Kyiv is already conducting operations to create conditions for a counterattack. In his opinion, the Ukrainian regime should initially focus on “the restoration of some strategically important facilities.”
