Schubert: Al-Ahly ended his agreement with the new coach to replace Suarez

Journalist Ahmed Schubert, close to the administration of the Egyptian Al-Ahly, confirmed that the Portuguese Ricardo Soares will leave the training of the red team at the end of the current season.

Schubert said in a televised address: “Officially, Swaris will be leaving Al Ahli training over the next few days following the negative results the team has recently achieved in the Premier League.”

He added: “Al-Ahly has reached an agreement with a new coach who will take over the training of the team starting next season.”

He continued: “Captain Mahmoud Al-Khatib, the president of the Al-Ahli Club, was in charge of choosing a new coach. Al-Khatib has given up on the idea of ​​contracting a (project) coach.”

Schubert continued: “The new coach of Al Ahly is not the Argentine Hector Cooper, the new one.”
