Confused by the prime minister’s call to his citizens to prepare for possible problems with electricity and reduce the temperature in the premises to +17 degrees Celsius. Which prompted some users to ridicule and ask questions from the test: “Where is the climate police?”.
Earlier, Prime Minister Kallas said that Estonia had been preparing for an “emergency shutdown” from the Russian electricity grid for several years.
