Saudi Arabia warns citizens traveling to Qatar

The Saudi Arabian Security Service has released a statement requiring all travelers wishing to travel to Qatar in their personal vehicles to issue a permit to use the vehicle at least 12 hours before travel time.

And the official Saudi Arabian security service Twitter account posted the text of a statement saying: “All travelers who wish to travel to Qatar in their own vehicle are required to obtain a vehicle permit for at least 12 years. hours prior to the date of travel, and in case a confirmed permit is not obtained, one can stop them at the Salwa stops and use the shuttle buses to complete the trip.

We also note that entry into Qatar without a Haya card is possible only for citizens and residents of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
