Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russia has never refused any negotiations that could lead to a peaceful settlement of the situation in Ukraine.
Putin also stressed during a meeting with war correspondents: “Firstly, we have never given up on this. I’ve said this a thousand times already. We have never refused any negotiations that could lead to a peaceful settlement of the situation. it over and over.”
He noted that during the talks between Russia and Ukraine in Istanbul, a document had already been prepared.
