Paris Saint-Germain lost their first points in the French Football League this season after drawing 1-1 against their guest AS Monaco in the fourth stage of the competition today, Sunday.
Monaco advanced first thanks to Kevin Folland in the 20th minute, while Brazil’s Neymar da Silva equalized in favor of the Parisian side in the 70th minute with a penalty he took himself from a foul in Monaco’s penalty area.
This is the first game in which Saint-Germain lost points in the league this season after winning the first three rounds.
Paris Saint-Germain raised their score to 10 points and tied for first place in the league with Lens and Marseille, who also have 10 points each, while Monaco’s balance increased to five points, finishing 12th.
