FIFA has announced the official date for the 2022 award ceremony in several categories.
Polish striker Robert Lewandowski received this award last season.
FIFA issued an official statement today, Tuesday, via its official Twitter account, announcing that the “Best of the Year” awards ceremony will take place on 27 February 2023.

FIFA offers many awards in several categories, most notably World’s Best Player, Best Goalkeeper, Best Coach, and Perfect Lineup of the Year.
In addition to other awards such as fair play, the Puskas award for the best goal and the best player in the world.
French star Karim Benzema is expected to be actively in contention for this award after he shone last season with his Real Madrid team and won the Ballon d’Or.
