No Plans for Biden to Negotiate with Putin Following Attack on Kremlin Rallies

White House National Security Council spokesman John Kirby told RIA Novosti that President Joe Biden does not intend to negotiate with President Vladimir Putin after the attack on the Kremlin rallies.

Commenting on the possibility of such contacts, Kirby said: “No, at the moment I am not aware of any plans.”

Earlier in a statement, the Kremlin press service reported that the Kiev regime on Wednesday night tried to strike with a drone on the residence of Russian President Vladimir Putin in the Kremlin, as a result of which two vehicles were disabled.

In addition, there were no casualties or material damage as a result.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov later told Novosti that Russian President Putin was not in the Kremlin at the time of the shelling.
