The head of the Syrian delegation, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Syria Ayman Soussan confirmed that Turkey’s official statement on the withdrawal of its troops from all Syrian territories and the actual start of the withdrawal is the gateway to the restoration of communication between the two sides.
In his speech ahead of the Quartet of Deputy Foreign Ministers of Syria, Russia, Iran and Turkey, which is taking place in the Russian capital Moscow, Soussan explained that in order to restore the situation in northeast and northwest Syria to the state that it was, conditions are necessary by preserving the sovereignty and unity of Syria, with the withdrawal of illegal forces, the fight against terrorism and the restoration of the authority of the Syrian state in all its lands.
