Morawiecki is afraid "explosion" Within the European Union due to disagreements over Ukraine

Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki pointed out that there is a threat of an internal “explosion” in the European Union due to the division into countries that want peace and those that want Ukraine’s “victory”.

According to him, there are those who are trying to convince the public and leaders in the West that it is possible to end the special operation and return to “business as usual.”

In an interview with the French newspaper Le Figaro, the Polish prime minister said: “Yes, there is a threat of an explosion. That is why it is so important to maintain a dialogue between us, to find compromises and a common denominator.”

Morawiecki said that yesterday in Paris he met with French President Emmanuel Macron, during which he asked Macron to expedite the supply of weapons to Ukraine.

The Prime Minister stressed that Poland insists that the European Union stop issuing visas to Russians, with the exception of humanitarian ones.
