Luhansk confirms the increase in the number of Ukrainian saboteurs in the combat zone

Andriy Marochko, an officer of the forces of the Lugansk People’s Republic, said that the forces of the republic recorded an increase in the number of Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance groups in the combat zone.

He added: “In the zone of responsibility of the People’s Militia of the Lugansk Republic, we note an increase in the number of Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance groups.”

The officer stressed that “the main task of Ukrainian saboteurs is to detect our positions, identify places where weapons and equipment are stored, control and direct artillery fire.”

The officer noted that Ukrainian saboteurs operate in small groups, usually consisting of 10-12 people.
