Liverpool star receives tempting offer from Al Hilal Saudi Arabia to sign

Saudi club Al Hilal are reportedly planning to strengthen their ranks before the start of the new season by signing Liverpool star Brazilian Roberto Firmino.

Firmino’s contract with Liverpool expired at the end of last season, so Al Hilal could have signed the 31-year-old as a free transfer.

According to sports journalist Ikram Connor, Al-Hilal offered Firmino a two-season contract in addition to an extra one to join the first team this summer.

Connor revealed through his official Twitter account that the Brazilian star will receive a $30 million annual salary if he agrees to move to Al Hilal.

Firmino’s name is associated with a move to other clubs, most notably Real Madrid, who are looking for a replacement for their French striker Karim Benzema, who recently joined Saudi Arabia’s Al Ittihad.

The Brazilian striker, under the guidance of his German coach Jurgen Klopp, was involved in the victory over Liverpool in the English Premier League in the 2019-2020 season, in the European Champions League in the 2018-2019 season and in the Club World Cup in 2019. .

And Firmino had to compete last season to stay with Liverpool’s new group of strikers, which included Dutchman Cody Gakbo and Uruguayan Darwin Nunez.
