Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has revealed his plan to replace Senegalese Sadio Mane at Bayern Munich in the current summer transfer market.
“We know how important Sadio is and we know how good he is for us when no one else can do it,” Klopp told Sky Sports.
He added: “It’s not bad because two years ago Diogo Jota came in and did amazing things for us. Firmino may not have had a good season due to injuries, but he returned to training at 100%. He is a world class player. .”

The German coach stressed: “You don’t have to worry when you think about us, you can worry about what’s possible for us… We can’t do the same thing year after year, it’s impossible.”
He continued: “We have a base and we have to build on it, and it’s harder to predict other teams, and it’s possible if you bring in other players with a different skill set.”
Klopp added: “We needed new blood, new dynamism and a new desire to build a team full of passion and determination to move forward.”
He concluded, “Sometimes you make big deals when you want to and sometimes you have to because Sadio told us he wanted to leave so we had to replace him, he’s a good player and luckily we were able to turn on Darwin.” Nunez and Fabio Carvalho, a very interesting player.”
Bayern Munich signed Sadio Mane for £32m received by Liverpool because his Anfield contract was extended until the summer of 2023.
