Klopp commented on the performance of Mohamed Salah in the match against Tottenham

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has praised his team’s star Mohamed Salah after a 2-1 win over Tottenham Hotspur on matchday 15 of the English Premier League.

Klopp spoke during the post-match press conference about the Liverpool striker after Salah led his team to victory and pulled out three points.

Klopp said in his statements: “My English is not good enough to tell people how good Mohamed Salah is. You need someone to complete it in front of the goal and for the most part Salah does it.”

The Reds coach continued: “Mo’s desire and level of play won, it was a first-class match for Salah and what pleased me most today was that he scored two goals and proved that he is a great player.”

Salah scored two goals for his side in the 11th and 40th minutes, and according to the Opta statistics network, the number of goals Salah has scored with Liverpool this season in all competitions has reached 19 goals, 14 goals and 5 assists in 20 games.
