The President of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov said that the allied forces of Russia and the LPR launched an assault on the city of Lysechansk, where the mercenaries settled.
Kadyrov added that the attack on the city was initiated by the allied forces and the Luhansk People’s Forces.
And he wrote in a post: “Lysichansk is ours! Allied units are already in the city center! Justice wins!”
To this, Kadyrov emphasized: “They (the mercenaries) were completely trapped, Lischansk is completely surrounded.”
Kadyrov noted that all entrances and exits to the city are closed.
In addition, the Russian army announced the liberation of the village of Zolotarevka, leaving only the liberation of the village of Belogorovka, which is located six kilometers from the besieged city of Lisichansk.
For his part, Vitaly Kiselov, Assistant Minister of the Interior of the Lugansk People’s Republic, said that more than two thousand fighters of the Kyiv Nazi troops and foreign mercenaries were stuck in the city of Lysechansk, their last stronghold in Luhansk.
It is reported that over the past three days, the Russian army has announced that it has taken control of the Lyschansky oil refinery, the Matroskaya mine, a gelatin factory, and the settlements of Tupolevka, Privoli and Shepilovka.
