Italy completes Hungary’s adventures and advances to Continental League semi-finals

Italy reached the semi-finals of the European Football Championship after beating the Hungarian team (2:0) in the meeting that brought them together today, Monday, in the last round of the group stage.

The goals of the Italian Azzurri were scored by striker Giacomo Rasbadori and defender Federico Dimarco, respectively, in two minutes (27, 52) of the match, which took place at the Puskas Arena stadium in the capital Budapest.

As for the second match in the competition of the third group of the first level (A3) between England and Germany, it ended in a draw with three goals.

Italy topped the group and advanced to the semi-finals of the Continental League, while Hungary finished second with 10 points and Germany finished third with 7 points.

England finished fourth and were promoted to the second tier of the European Nations League.
