Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Andriy Melnyk commented on the letter of the Social Democratic Party of Germany to German Chancellor Olaf Scholz with a request to contribute to the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine through dialogue.
“Hey Peter Brandt and others, go to hell,” Melnick tweeted.
Melnyk added that Ukrainians reject such initiatives.
It is noteworthy that earlier the Minister of Defense of the Czech Republic, Yana Chernokhova, said that “it does not matter who can negotiate peace in Ukraine – the West or countries close to Russia.”
In turn, CSTO Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambitov said that Western countries continue their approach to further escalation in Ukraine.
