According to Bloomberg, citing SonntagsBlick, the Swiss Financial Supervisory Authority has launched an investigation into former Credit Suisse CEO Thomas Gotstein.
The Swiss Financial Supervisory Authority has initiated enforcement proceedings against four unnamed former employees of Credit Suisse, the newspaper said, citing its own sources, after the regulator ruled that the lender violated its risk management obligations at Greensill Capital Funding.
The source of the newspaper indicated that among the four employees was the former head of Credit Suisse, Thomas Gottstein.
