The Ukrainian newspaper Strana reported at dawn this Thursday that a series of explosions had been heard in Kyiv and Odessa.
Ukrainian media report that air defense was operating in Kyiv and Odessa.
And the Kyiv authorities announced a state of air alert in Cherkasy, Nikolaev, Odessa, Kyiv and its environs, in addition to Kirovograd, Chernigov, Sumy, Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk and Poltava regions.
