American businessman Elon Musk has indicated that until a “content oversight board” is convened for the Twitter platform, no major decisions will be made about content or reinstating suspended accounts.
On Friday, Musk, who recently acquired the social network, announced that he would create a content oversight board for Twitter to coordinate content.
The businessman wrote on his Twitter page: “Twitter will form a content board with different opinions, and until this panel meets, no important decisions will be made on content or the restoration of blocked accounts.”
Twitter will form a content moderation board with a wide variety of viewpoints.
Until this council convenes, no major decisions will be made regarding the maintenance or recovery of the account.
