"don’t get on your knees" Now in the English Premier League

According to the Premier League website, Premier League players will stop kneeling before every game in domestic competition.

This happened on the basis of a decision taken at a meeting of leaders of twenty clubs.

Future football players will only kneel before some important matches to highlight the importance of work amid growing fears that the initiative has lost its appeal.

“We decided to choose the key moments of the season to kneel and demonstrate our unity against all forms of racism. At the same time, we continue to show solidarity in the name of a common cause,” the statement said.

“We remain deeply committed to eradicating racial prejudice and building an inclusive society with respect and equal opportunity for all,” the statement said.

Players from the English Premier League teams knelt before the match in solidarity with racism.

This movement began in the last rounds of the English Premier League season before the 2020/21 season after the killing of George Floyd by an American police officer in May last year.

The gesture will only be shown for certain matches, such as the first and last rounds of the new season, the anti-racism tours in October and March, and matches on Boxing Day and before the FA Cup and League finals.

The new Premier League season kicks off on August 5 with the opening match between London clubs Arsenal and Crystal Palace.
