The head of the Nigerian National Oil Corporation, Melle Kyari, announced today, Wednesday, the death of OPEC Secretary General Muhammad Barkindo.
Chiari tweeted this morning: “We have lost the respected Dr. Muhammad Sanusi Barkindo. He passed away around 11:00 pm yesterday, July 5th. There is no doubt that this is a great loss for his family, a citizen of Nigeria. Oil Corporation, our country Nigeria, OPEC and the energy community.
