Alexander Chebotarev, deputy director of the Television Center of the Donetsk People’s Republic, said that the Ukrainian bombing caused serious damage to the television center in the Petrovsky district of Donetsk.
“Today, as a result of shelling, the television center in the Petrovsky district was badly damaged,” Chebotarev said.
He added: “The broadcast tower is still standing, but the control rooms were badly damaged and we were able to evacuate some of the equipment.”
He continued: “We will start work in the Petrovsky district when the shelling subsides a little, because the pressure is still strong.”
