The wheel of the new English Premier League season kicked off on Friday night with Arsenal’s well-deserved win over hosts Crystal Palace 2-0 in the Premier League opening game.
Brazilian striker Gabriel Martinelli opened Arsenal’s scoring in the 20th minute of the first half, becoming the first goal of the new league season (2022-2023) and his team Caners.
While the second goal came on “friendly fire” scored by English defender Mark Gehi, in the 85th minute of the meeting, which took place at the stadium “Selhurst Park” in metropolitan London.
Defender Mark Gay, in turn, became the owner of the first goal against him in the new Premier League season.
