A second earthquake occurred in the south of Iran, the magnitude of which exceeded 6 points.

Stations of the National Seismological Network of the UAE National Center of Meteorology recorded a second earthquake measuring 6.3 on the Richter scale in southern Iran.

The National Center for Meteorology said the earthquake hit southern Iran at 03:13 on July 2 UAE local time.

In a statement, the center explained that the earthquake was felt in different regions of the country and did not have any impact on the UAE.

The first earthquake measuring 6.3 on the Richter scale hit southern Iran at 01:32 on Saturday.

The center said the earthquake was barely felt by residents of the Emirates, emphasizing that it had no effect.
