A fire broke out at an oil depot in Donetsk after shelling by Ukrainian security forces.

A fire at an oil depot in the Budenovsky district of Donetsk occurred as a result of shelling by the Ukrainian army against the backdrop of ongoing shelling of certain residential areas of the city.

The office of the representative of the Donetsk People’s Republic in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire reported: “The Budyonovsky district of Donetsk was bombed by 155-mm (NATO) shells.”

The mission also stated that Ukrainian forces fired six 122mm shells at the Petrovsky district of Donetsk: “At 05:25, Ukrainian armed formations fired six 122mm shells towards Krasnohorovka in Donetsk (Petrovsky district).”
