President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that Turkey is ready to take over the restoration of the Kharkiv region.
“I thank Turkey for its readiness to restore the Kharkiv region,” Zelensky said in a video message posted Thursday on his Telegram channel.
Zelensky met with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Lviv on Thursday. The Ukrainian president described the talks as “very substantive.”
